30 Day Full GAPS Meal Plan
The GAPS diet is challenging. Sometimes it can be difficult to know what to cook. So I created a 30 Day Full GAPS meal plan called GAPS for You to help make your first 30 days, or your next 30 days, just a little bit simpler.
There are two meal plan options. There is a dinners only option called What’s for Dinner? or the 30 Day Full GAPS option that comes with meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The dinners are the same in each meal plan. The meals consist of beef, chicken and pork. Each plan comes with weekly shopping lists, bonus recipes and side dishes.
Not doing GAPS but need some recipe inspiration? What’s for Dinner? is a fantastic option for those sticking to a Paleo-style diet, Whole 30 or low carb diet.
