GAPS Coaching Through the Summer

Summer can be a great time to start the GAPS diet. Unless lots and lots of travel is on your summer to-do list then I would recommend beginning in Summer if at all possible.

Summer allows for a slower life-pace, longer days, more rest (typically) and the ability to slow down and ease your way into GAPS or jump head-first.
