30-Day GAPS Meal Plan: Simple & Delicious Recipes

The GAPS diet is challenging enough without having to think through and plan out every meal. Years ago I created a 30-day Full GAPS meal plan for those trying to wade into the waters of GAPS. The meal plan started with dinners that I had created over the course of a couple years on GAPS.

Before I began the diet with my son, Raleigh, I purchased the Heal Your Gut Cookbook by Hilary Boynton and it saved us in the first year! After about a year on the diet I started to get creative on my own in the kitchen and many of my son’s (and family’s) favorite meals became staples for us for years. I put all of them into my meal plan.

There are a handful of GAPS cookbooks out there. The only one I have ever used is Hilary’s so I cannot vouch for the others.

My 30-day meal plan comes in two versions: dinners only and a version that gives breakfast, lunch and dinner options. The dinners are the same in both options.

Because my son needed to do GAPS without dairy and egg the dinners are all egg, dairy and nut free. There is option for GAPS-legal dairy if it is tolerated in certain recipes. The 30 Days Full GAPS option with breakfast, lunch and dinner does offer egg and fermented dairy in the plan, with alternatives if they are not tolerated.

The meals are simple and tasty. GAPS keeps you tethered to the kitchen so I tried to make my meal plan as simple as possible so you could get in, make a delicious meal, and get out quickly.

You can check out my store front here. I have a free 7-recipe download as well.

All of my recipes and compilations are full GAPS legal.
