Expert GAPS Coaching for Eczema Healing

GAPS Coaching

This July (2026) marks my 6th year as a certified GAPS coach. It also marks the 9th year of my journey with the GAPS diet. My son started GAPS June of 2017. If you want to learn more about his journey start here on my blog.

I offer 1:1 coaching virtually and work with clients in the United States and all across the world. Primarily, I work with clients whose children are trying to heal eczema. It happens to be my specialty. However, you don’t have to be dealing with eczema to work with me. I have worked with clients attempting to heal multiple conditions ranging from autism all the way to ulcerative colitis. The beauty of the diet is it works to help the body heal from wide-ranging chronic illnesses.

Coaching is a passion of mine. I love working with clients and helping them navigate the GAPS diet. When I first began GAPS with my son, Raleigh, back in 2017 coaches did not exist. I wish they had. I worked with a couple wonderful practitioners but needed more support than they could offer. I tailor my coaching approach to what I wished I could have had when I was struggling to figure the whole thing out.

I offer monthly packages with different options depending on the amount of contact you feel you need. All packages include unlimited Q&A emailing. This was something I wished I had had in my early days. When you are wading through the stages of the Intro diet or plodding through die off it is so helpful to be able to shoot an email with questions to a coach and get the support you need to keep going. This is one of my favorite things I offer to clients.

I also offer many a-la-carte options for my email service and calls so there is something to fit everyone’s financial need as well.

If you are interested in coaching please contact me here. Summer is a great time to begin GAPS. I offer a free 20 minute discovery call/video call and would be happy to answer all of your questions.

DIY Navigating the GAPS Diet with Food Allergies, Intolerance and Sensitivities

A couple of years ago I was a speaker at the GAPS OnCon convention. I spoke on how to navigate the GAPS diet when dealing with food allergies, intolerance and sensitivities. This was one aspect of my son’s issues along with eczema. After speaking I was asked to create a DIY course so people could purchase it and learn on their own. I spent about a year crafting the course. It contains video lessons, printable PDFs and a lot more. If you are struggling to navigate GAPS with any amount of food allergies, sensitivities or even histamine issues this is a really good course for you. It will help you know how to go through GAPS with ANA allergies as well as what to do with food sensitivities and how to approach healing histamine intolerance.

Once you purchase, you have access to the course for 6 months. All printable material is yours forever.

Interested in learning more about my DIY course check out an in-depth blog post here. Or click here to learn more to purchase.

DIY Course PLUS Coaching

For those who purchase my course I offer a very discounted price on monthly coaching. That involves 1-30 minute call or video call each month with the addition of Q&A emailing. I get that questions arise frequently when you are trying to heal food sensitivities and histamine issues with food. I like to offer additional support if it is needed. Please contact me for more info on that if you are interested.

GAPS for You Meal Plans

Recipe creation quickly became of great interest and fun for me. My son, Raleigh, was working through the GAPS diet with a lot of food sensitivities, some ANA allergies and histamine issues so there were a lot of foods we had to work around for a very long time. I had to get creative in the kitchen and I did. I first created a 30 day Full GAPS meal plan after being repeatedly asked by clients for a simple meal plan. These are meals that we ate on repeat in the first few years of GAPS once Raleigh graduated to full GAPS. They are simple and really tasty. Back then I was living in the kitchen so these meals were born out of a necessity for simple and quick but also easy clean up.

There are two options for my meal plan. There is a dinners only option and an option with breakfast, lunch and dinner. The dinners are the same in both. The dinners are egg free, dairy free, and nut free. In the breakfast and lunch options I give egg and dairy options if tolerated but provide plenty of other recipes and meals for those who cannot do dairy/egg.

The meal plans come with a complete recipe, ingredient shopping and check lists, pantry staples and more.

If you’re not sure what to make, either meal plan is a great first tool to get you going. If you are in the middle of your journey and need some new ideas, either plan is a great tool as well! Wherever you are in your journey GAPS for You will make your first (or next) 30 days on GAPS easier.

GAPS is difficult and time consuming and if you can rely on some simple meals for a while it can make the journey a lot easier.
