It has been a while since I’ve done a sale. So let’s have one, shall we?

DIY COURSE
My DIY course on how to navigate the GAPS diet when dealing with food allergies, intolerance and sensitivities is on sale for 40% off. This course is, as it says, DIY: Do It Yourself. The course will help guide you through this difficult aspect of the GAPS diet. It is everything I learned and utilized with my son, Raleigh, to achieve his healing. The course was looked over and approved by Dr. Natasha herself!
Use the code: BLACKFRIDAY24 for 40% off until December 1st, 2024.

GAPS for You 30 Day Meal Plan
My GAPS for You meal plan comes with two options:
Option 1: GAPS for You: What’s for Dinner? This option is the dinner only option. It is 30 days of full GAPS dinners. The meal plan comes with complete shopping lists, pantry staple guides, bonus recipes and more.
Option 2: GAPS for You: 30 Days of Full GAPS This option comes with recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner for 30 days. This meal plan also comes with complete shopping lists, pantry staple guides, bonus recipes and more.
The dinners are the same in both options.
The dinners are also egg free, dairy free and nut free.
Each meal plan offers recipes for chicken, beef and pork.
Option 2 does give recipes that include egg and dairy in the breakfast and lunch options. I provide substitutes if those are not tolerated.
The recipes are simple, delicious and easy to pull off. This project was “birthed” out of being asked by many clients if I had a meal plan to offer them. I compiled all of the recipes I had created after being on GAPS for nearly 2 years. They are certainly child-approved, as both of my children helped me put in the best ones! GAPS for You will help make your first 30 days, or your next 30, simpler!
You can find both versions in my storefront. Use the code: BLACKFRIDAY24 for 25% off either version.

Other Recipe Compilations
After I released GAPS for You I continued to create recipes. It is truly something I love to do. These recipes are all full GAPS legal. They are also egg free, dairy free and nut free. The recipes are a little more challenging than the recipes I put in GAPS for You. I wanted GAPS for You to be simple so people could see how tasty and easy GAPS recipes could be. Everything in my compilations are just as tasty, if not more! They are also slightly more difficult and great for a more experienced GAPS cook or anyone adventurous! You won’t be disappointed.
Since releasing GAPS for You I have released 3 other recipe compilations:
Party of Five – These are the first five recipes I put together after publishing my meal plan. Recipes found in this compilation: Bacon-wrapped Tenderloin, Bulgarian Cabbage Stew, Chicken Stew, Chipotle Burrito Bowl (Chicken and Steak), and One Pan Chicken Curry with Snap Peas and Red Bell Peppers.
GAPS Comfort – There are 10 recipes found in GAPS Comfort. You get a nice, vegetarian White Bean Soup, a fantastic Pot Roast, some sheet pan meals, Raleigh’s favorite Bolognese, my favorite slow cooker Thai Beef Stew, Barbacoa Burrito Bowl (with all the fixins’ – including cilantro lime cauli-rice) and more!
Treat Yo Self – This fun compilation is 10 of Raleigh’s favorite desserts and treats. They are all egg free, dairy free and nut free. If you’ve ever baked without eggs you know what an incredible challenge that is! I give instruction on egg substitutes. The recipes include a chocolate muffin and popsicle, golden milk latte, jello, marshmallows and more! These are really nice to have headed into the holiday season where treats abound!
You can find all of these compilations in my storefront. Use the code: BLACKFRIDAY24 for 25% off anything.
Everything will be on sale until December 1st.
